The rules for the Grade 10 games during the 2026 season are:
- 7 vs 7 player games
- 2 x 24 minute games
- Size 4 Ball
- Goalkeepers, Offsides, Throw-Ins, and Corners
- Foul Throw-Ins to be retaken
- Indirect Free Kicks Only [except Penalty Kicks]
- Retreating Line in effect*
- Retreating line is the offside line*
- 50m x 30m pitches
- 4m x 2m goals
- Rolling substitutions
