A Special Meeting was held on Wednesday, 20th March 2019 at 8.30pm at the Featherston Rugby Club Rooms on Johnston Street in Featherston.  

The Secretary/Treasurer Laraine Kerr resigned effective 13th March 2019 and Mek Lloyd a member from the previous committee also resigned.  

The Positions for the Committee were voted for and the following are the Committee Members of 2019:

Committee Members: Logan van de Loo (Manager/Designer), Clare Ulberg, Pai Smith, Kendra Smith, Karlene Taylor, Stacey Tekira, Jo Wong Pown, Rhys Tekira (Coach for Team 1), Nina Gelashvili, Lakyn Irving, Madich Snow, Tiny Strange, Sandra Young.

In 2020 we were not able to hold an AGM due to COVID-19, therefore an AGM will be held in 2021 depending on the pandemic.
