Women

All competitive women are required to wear:

• leotard
• Tramp shoes and/or white socks
• Trampoline club red shirt and black shorts for warm up
• Tracksuits for medal presentations
  

No jewellery
Long hair must be tied back (preferably plaited) with red/white ribbons
Medical alert bracelets must be taped down

Men

All competitive men are required to wear:

• Leotard
• Black shorts
• Tramp shoes and/or white socks
• Trampoline club red shirt and black shorts for warm up
• Tracksuits for medal presentations
