We have recreation classes for 5-8 year olds and 9+ on Tuesdays:

5 - 8 year olds  3.30 - 4.30
9+  4.30 - 5.30

To be a competitive member, you first have to do recreation, from there Doug will select you to move up into competitive once you are ready.

Adult classes:
Thursday 6 - 7pm
Sunday 11am - 12.30pm
$5 per session payable on the day
