Gym Fun Sessions (Boys and Girls)

Through co-operative games and challenging circuits the children build self confidence, co ordination, balance, agility and social skills in a fun, friendly and safe environment.
During the year the gymnasts work on the Kiwi Gym Fun skills developed by GymSports NZ.

Times:

Thursday 4pm - 5pm (5-9 yr olds)
Friday 4pm - 5pm (4-6 yr olds)
Saturday 10.30 - 11.30am (5-9 yr olds)

Cost: $100 per term

Junior Girls (7-9 year olds)

Gymnasts in this class work on more specific skill development for gymnastics. The girls will learn routines on the artistic apparatus; vault, bar, beam & floor. The class will have a focus on building strength and flexibility and learning more advanced gymnastics skills. There is an expectation that gymnasts will compete in one or more recreational competitions throughout the year.

Times: Thursday 5pm - 6:30pm

Cost: $130 per term

Recreational Girls (10 years and over)

This is a fun and challenging class that caters for beginners through to the experienced gymnasts. The girls work on a variety of activities throughout the year.

There are opportunities for girls who like to compete in competitions.

Times: Tuesday 6.30pm-8pm
