OUR HOLIDAY PROGRAMMES:
GymCity provides fun, organized, safe and high quality holiday programmes. All staff are police checked and there is always a minimum of one qualified first aider on site. Our staff to child ratios on site are 1:10, and off site 1:6.
If your child has ever wanted free time on the gymnastics equipment, this is the perfect opportunity!

2018 DATES:
Term 1 Holidays: Monday 16 April - Friday 27 April (2 weeks)
Term 2 Holidays: Monday 9 July - Friday 20 July (2 weeks)
Term 3 Holidays: Monday 1 October - Friday 12 October (2 weeks)
Term 4 Holidays: TBC

HOURS:
Our holiday programme operates between the hours of 7am and 6pm.
A "normal day" is considered 8.30am-3.30pm (ie. school hours).
Early drop-offs and late pick-ups are welcome. Please see the costs associated with this below.
Note you must indicate what hours you'd like to book in for on your enrolment form.

COSTS:

SINGLE DAYS:
8.30am-3.30pm - $34/day (normal day) or $44/day (excursion day eg. movies - usually Wednesdays)
+ $5 per hour for extended hours 

FULL WEEKS: 
8.30am-3.30pm - $156 per week
+ $5 per hour for extended hours
The price for a long-hour week is capped at $186/week.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS:
We offer an Early Bird Discount to those booking in for regular hours (8.30am-3.30pm) only.
The discount applies you pay in full 2 weeks before the first Monday of each holidays (see cut-off dates below).

Early Bird Discount: $131 per week instead of $156 per week

April Holidays (Week 1): Must be paid before Monday 2 April to receive the Early Bird Discount
April Holidays (Week 2): Must be paid before Monday 9 April to receive the Early Bird Discount

If payments are received after this date, the full fee amount of $156/week will apply.

WINZ:
If you are seeking WINZ assistance, pick up a form from the office or bring in your paper work for us to fill out.

REFUND POLICY:
Refunds of the holiday programme fees will only be considered if the club is notified at least three working days prior to the day's attending. In cases where medical circumstances prohibit a child from attending the manager must be notified before the programme commences and a copy of a medical certificate must be supplied prior to the refund occurring. All refunds will incur an admin fee.

EXCURSIONS:
We will going on a variety of different excursions throughout the holidays and the children will be required to take a bag/backpack with all their personal items (eg. drinks, lunch, hat, change of clothes and sunscreen). Please name all your children’s belongings. Whenever we go to the Movies at Manukau please send your own treats for your child as no popcorn or other food items will be purchased at the cinema. WHAT YOUR CHILD NEEDS TO BRING EACH DAY:
- A lunch box with enough food for morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea
  (Children eat more at holiday programme than school due to constant activity so please pack extra food)
- A named drink bottle
- A sun hat & sunscreen
- Old clothes and towel in case they have unscheduled water play activities due to the heat.
