Fees
​​​​​​​A 2018 enrolment form must be completed and accompanied with the appropriate fees before a booking will be accepted. This applies to all sessions. Please re-book before the start of every term to avoid disappointment - enrolments are taken on a term-by-term basis, not a whole year. If you don't book, you are not guaranteed a spot.

Term Dates 2018:
Term 1: Mon 12th February – Sat 14th April (Please note the gym will be closed for Easter Weekend: Fri 30 Mar - Mon 2 Apr)
Term 2: Mon 30th April – Sat 30th June 
Term 3: Mon 23rd July – Sat 22nd September
Term 4: Mon 15th October – Sat 8th December

Full fees must be paid before your child's first class. GymCity reserves the right to exclude your child from any future sessions until we have received full payment.

All fees include affiliation fees payable to Gymnastics NZ which is our governing body.

We accept payment for fees via bank transfer into our account or via eftpos at the office.

Please put your child's full name and class day/time as details for your payment. It should look something like this:

Unfortunately we do not accept cash, cheque or credit card payments. Please arrive with an accepted method of payment.

Discounts
A $10 earlybird discount per term is given if fees are paid TWO WEEKS before the start date of each term. 

Final Dates to receive Early Bird Discount 2018:
Term 1 fees must be paid before Monday 29 January 
Term 2 fees must be paid before Monday 16 April
Term 3 fees must be paid before Monday 9 July
Term 4 fees must be paid before Monday 1 October

Further discounts are available for families with three or more children enrolled in classes at GymCity. Please enquire for more details.

​​​​​​​Trial Classes
You still need to fill out an enrolment form if you are booking in to trial one of our classes. Please note that trial classes must be paid for before your child is allowed onto the floor. The cost of a trial class is as follows:
45 mins - $12     /   60 mins - $15     /    90 mins - $17

*You must write the name of the class you want to trial on your enrolment form*
If you decide to enrol for the rest of the term, the cost of the trial class will be taken off the total term fees. The remainder of the term fees must be paid before your child's second class.
