Fun, inclusive football – right at your child’s school!

Coastie Kickers is Hibiscus Coast AFC’s specialised after-school programme for Years 1–3 and Years 4 - 6, delivered directly to our local primary schools. Led by our enthusiastic HBCAFC coaches, these sessions are play-based, high-energy, and designed to build confidence in a supportive environment.

We have separated the players based on school years; however, coaches can work with players if they are ready to move up to the older age group, or down to the lower age group.  We are focussed on ensuring the best possible experience for all players.

Running straight after school on school grounds, it’s the most convenient way to keep the kids active without the extra travel. Whether it’s their very first time kicking a ball or they are a seasoned "Coastie" player, everyone is welcome!

When & Where

Sessions run straight after school (3:00 PM – 4:00 PM) from Week 2.

Note on Monday Sessions: There is no session on Monday, 26th October, due to the Labour Day public holiday. 

Both the Years 1-3 and Years 4-6 programmes run at the same time.

Important Information:

  • Cost: Only $10 per session ($80 for a 8-week term).

  • Rain or Shine: We have indoor options at most schools to ensure the fun doesn't stop when the winter weather arrives!

A: No experience needed! Our sessions are fun and inclusive for all skill levels.

A: Comfortable clothing — School uniform is fine, plus appropriate shoes and a water bottle.

A: No — sessions take place at school either during lunch or straight after class, making it easy for families.
