Summer Football Registrations

Get your team together and join us for our Summer Football competitions! We have options for Juniors, Youth and Seniors, with competitions running across Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights.

Whether you're looking for junior development, youth football, or a competitive social competition, there is something for everyone.

Please make sure your team is registered before the closing date.

Christmas & New Year Break

There will be a scheduled break across the summer competitions before football resumes in January.

Monday | Junior Football

Grades - Age 3-17

Our Junior & Youth Summer Football competition runs across 8 weeks during Term 4.

Competition dates:📅 Monday 19 October – Monday 14 December 2026

No football:🚫 Monday 26 October, Labour Day

Game times:⏰ From 4:00pm Junior | From 4.30pm Youth

Exact game times will be confirmed once registration numbers have been finalised and the draw is created.

Where appropriate, shorter games may be scheduled to accommodate multiple teams within an evening.

5v5 Junior Girls Leagues from 3-12 years 

5v5 Junior Boys/Mixed Leagues from 3-7 years 

7v7 Junior Boys/Mixed Leagues from 8-12 years

5v5 Youth Girls Leagues from 13-17 years

7v7 Youth Boys/Mixed Leagues from 13-17 years

Girls & Boys/Mixed 5-a-side: Up to 8 players per team (not individual players) – $260 team fee

Boys/Mixed 7-a-side: Up to 10 players per team – $350 team fee

Kick off Monday 19th October at Stanmore Bay *excludes Labour Day 

When: Mondays, 19th October – 14th December 2026 (8 weeks)

Where: Stanmore Bay Park

Facilities: Clubhouse open, changing rooms, hot & cold food & drinks

Summer nights at Stanmore Bay = football, friends, and summer vibes!

Final grade groupings and game times are dependent on registration numbers.

Wednesday | Senior Women Football

Our Senior Women's competition will run across 14 weeks, with a break over the Christmas and New Year period.

Competition dates:

​7-A-SIDE - QUICK RULES

 THE BASICS

  • 2 × 20-minute halves
  • 7-a-side
  • Mixed: minimum 1female on the field at all times
  • No offside
  • No slide tackles

KICK-INS

  • Kick-ins instead of throw-ins
  • Ball must be below waist height
  • Take the kick-in from approximately where the ball went out
  • No direct goals from kick-ins

GOAL AREA (D)

  • Anyone can enter the D
  • Goalkeeper can come out of the D
  • Goalkeeper cannot pick up a deliberate back pass
  • From a goal kick, the goalkeeper cannot kick the ball directly over halfway
  • The goalkeeper can throw the ball over halfway
  • The ball can go over halfway during open play

MATCH OFFICIALS

  • Two captains from each team act as the referees
  • Captains are responsible for keeping the game fair and making decisions together

Respect each other and keep the game moving
