Counties Manukau Relay Championships for 2012 will be held at Massey Park, Papakura.
Each grade can send a team. They will compete in a 4x100m and 4x200m relay.
There is a Field Relay where you can select your best long jumper, discus thrower and shot putter. They have 2 throws each and are given points on their placing eg 1st = 10 points, 2nd = 8 etc. All the points from the 3 athletes are combined and the top 3 teams are given medals.
Howick is hoping to have teams in most of the grades.
