Signing In on game days –
The Coach or Manager of each team is required to sign-in at HQ at least 15 minutes before play commences. This is to ensure that teams have oppositions to play against and we can notify teams of changes if necessary.
Defaults -
Please check your school calendar and advise on the registration form of any dates that your team is unavailable (due to camps, events etc) so that where possible a BYE round can be given instead of a default.
Ideally, team defaults should be communicated to the Module Coordinator at least 7 days beforehand so that your team can be excluded from the following weeks draw.
Last minute defaults (less than 7 days prior) are to be communicated directly to the Module Coordinator and not to the opposition. Where possible the Module Coordinator will try to re-match teams or arrange for a practical gym session. It is the responsibility of the coach, school, parent and/or manager to keep an eye on the draw for any changes.
