George co-founded Mogul in 2007 with her husband Matthew.

Based in Havelock North, Mogul is an award-winning digital marketing agency delivering successful projects for iconic New Zealand brands like Massey University, Big Save Furniture, and New Zealand Rugby.

Mogul also has a track record of success in software-as-a-service (SaaS), having built several software products in the past 7 years. Its social media display solution, Strea.ma, has been used worldwide by thousands of organisations including Google, CBS Interactive, Xero, and Cricket South Africa.

George will share her thoughts on the Mogul journey so far - a journey that started from the kitchen table, being petrified of 'doing sales', to managing a business that employs twelve people and exports 40% of its work. 

She will also outline what she believes Hawke’s Bay needs to do to create lasting growth for the region.
