Community Spaces: Host Your Event at KGC

Kelston Girls' College is proud to offer our facilities for community use outside of school hours.

• Classroom

  • Capacity: Up to 30 people

  • Rate: $40/hr

  • Best For: Small gatherings, meetings, and presentations

  • Food Policy: Pre-prepared food allowed (no cooking/heating on site)

• Gym

  • Capacity: Up to 60 people

  • Rate: $50/hr

  • Best For: Basketball, volleyball, and indoor sports

  • Food Policy: Water only (no food allowed)

• Hall

  • Capacity: Up to 200 people

  • Rate: $60/hr

  • Best For: Large events, community functions, and gatherings

  • Food Policy: Pre-prepared food allowed (no cooking/heating on site)

• MCC (Dance Studio)

  • Capacity: Up to 40 people

  • Rate: $40/hr

  • Best For: Dance, karate, and small group fitness classes

  • Food Policy: Water only (no food allowed)

• Field

  • Capacity: Up to 500 people

  • Rate: Depends on group size

  • Best For: Outdoor sports practices and games

  • Food Policy: Allowed (hirers must remove all rubbish)

• Multi-Use Turf & Courts

  • Capacity: Up to 300 people

  • Rate: Depends on group size

  • Best For: Outdoor sports practices and court games

  • Food Policy: Allowed (hirers must remove all rubbish)

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% late-cancellation fee of the total hire cost.

Booking Process

We strive to make the hireage process as smooth as possible for our community partners. Please ensure this is filled in at least 5 working days before your hire.

2. Our team will review your request and provide a quote and hireage agreement.
