Kerikeri Netball Centre Representative Player 2026

Expressions of Interest Now Open

Kerikeri Netball Centre invites expressions of interest from players for the 2026 Representative Season.

Eligibility

Age Groups

  • U14: Born in 2012 or 2013. Players must be in secondary school (Year 9 or above).

  • U16: Born in 2010 or 2011.

  • U18: Born in 2008 or 2009.

Important Information

  • All players must be registered at Kerikeri Netball Centre.

  • U14 Players

  • U16 Girls: North Island Junior Champs in New Plymouth

  • U18 Boys: Netball NZ U18 Champs in Christchurch

  • U18 Girls: Netball NZ U18 Champs in Christchurch

  • Open Womens: More details to come (dates will differ to the below)

Trial Dates

  • Skill Development Evening: Tuesday 28th April (compulsory for all trialist)

  • Saturday Viewing (in your regular teams): 2nd May

  • Call-back Evening if required: Monday 4th May 

Tournament Dates

Local Tournaments

  • 7th June – Whangarei Netball Centre

  • 14th June – Mangonui Netball Centre (U14 & PDP Only)

  • 28th June – Kerikeri Netball Centre

National Tournaments

  • 4th – 8th July – U16's North Island Junior Champs, Taranaki

  • 12th – 16th July – Netball NZ U18 Champs, Christchurch

  • 8th – 13th September -  NetballSmart NNZ Open Championships - Hawkes Bay Netball Centre, Rodney Green Arena

How to Apply

  1. Ensure you are available for all trial and tournament dates.

  2. Submit your expression of interest by 5:00 PM, 20th April 2026.

Player Levy

  • U14: $200 (includes hoodie, training shirt, and tournament costs).

  • U16: $750 (includes hoodie, training shirt, flights from Kerikeri, accommodation, and tournament costs).

  • U18 Boys & Girls: $900 (includes hoodie, training shirt, flights from Kerikeri, accommodation and tournament costs).

  • Opens: TBC

Kerikeri Netball Centre covers a portion of representative costs to keep player fees lower.
