Kerikeri Netball Centre – 2026 Mid-Season Netball Tournament

Date: Sunday, 28 June 2026

Check-in Time: 8:30 AM

First Round Begins: 9:00 AM

Entry Fee: $100 per team

Registrations Close: Friday, 19 June at 5:00 PM

Tournament Details

  • Open to all team types – representative, club, school, or social.

  • Composite teams must enter the grade of the oldest player in the team.

  • Year 7 & 8 players cannot play in the Year 9 and above grade, and vice versa.

  • The U18 grade will include both U18 girls and U18 boys.

  • Game duration will depend on the number of team entries.

  • Kerikeri Netball Centre reserves the right to merge grades based on registration numbers.

Game Rules

  • Standard Netball NZ rules apply.

  • No injury time will be given.

  • In the event of a draw in semi-finals or finals, play will continue until one team is ahead by two goals.

Umpire Requirements

  • All teams must supply their own umpire.

  • Umpires must hold a minimum Centre Theory qualification for non-representative teams.

  • Umpires for representative grades must hold a minimum Centre Badge qualification.

Facilities and Additional Information

  • Clubrooms will be open for use.

  • Ample space available for team gazebos.

  • No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

  • Invoices will be sent once registrations have closed.
