Prizegiving 2026 - Winter Celebration

We’re excited to welcome you to the 2026 Winter Season Prizegiving! A big congratulations to all the teams who participated this season.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, 12th September 2026
  • Location: Pinehurst School Gymnasium

Session Times:

  • Years 2 & 3: 10:00 am (Doors open at 9:45 am)
  • Years 4, 5 & 6: 11:30 am (Doors open at 11:15 am)

Awards: 

Prizegiving is held for all competition grades. First, second, and third placed teams in each grade will be invited to attend, with each player receiving a medal. In addition, we’ll also be presenting trophies for good sportsmanship, fair play, and outstanding effort at each Year level.

Dress Code:

Teams are welcome to wear either school uniform or playing uniform.

Prizegiving Invitations:

Invitations will be emailed to the School Co-ordinators of all invited teams. Parents, Principals and School Co-ordinators are all warmly invited to join us in celebrating the achievements of our players.

Due to space limitations, not all teams are able to attend Prizegiving. The list of teams invited to each Prizegiving session is published below.

If you are unsure whether your team has been invited, please check with your School Co-ordinator.

Important Note:

Where two or more teams finish on equal points, final placings are determined by goal ratio (goals scored divided by goals conceded). The team with the higher goal ratio is ranked higher.

Please make sure to check the final standings before letting your players know the outcome of their grade.

      Please note: 

      To ensure a smooth transition between ceremonies, we kindly ask that Year 2 and Year 3 teams promptly clear the Gym and car park after their Prizegiving to allow for the setup of the Year 4 – Year 6 ceremony.

      Year 4 – Year 6 teams are requested to wait until setup is complete and doors open at 11:15 am before entering the Gym. Please avoid arriving too early to allow the previous crowd to clear the car park.

      For safety reasons, only teams (and their supporters) receiving awards at their specified ceremony will be permitted entry.
