INFORMATION

Volleyball is played in Term 1 and 4 after school on Mondays. Games are played in school gymnasiums and other indoor facilties such as Pioneer, Cowles, Selwyn and Nga Puna Wai. Game times vary throughout the afternoon and evening. Senior and Junior teams have the opportunity to play in the Canterbury Championships if numbers permit.

UNIFORM

If no playing gear is provided, players are encouraged to wear their school PE uniform or any plain black bottoms and t-shirt of preference. Sports shoes are also highly encouraged to allow for comfort and safety. 

PAYMENT

Fee's for Volleyball is charged per term. Students can choose to play for one term or in both. The fee per student, per term is $50. This covers the entry fee for the team to SSC, as well as venue hire and transport.
