Club Facilities for Hire

Our club facilities are situated in the heart of Mapua and are available for hire throughout the year, offering you a wonderful venue for social occasions and meetings of any description.

We have one large main room capable of accommodating up to 80 people plus a fully equipped domestic kitchen and ample car parking space. Full first aid equipment, that includes the club's own defibrillator, and fire protection can be taken for granted.

In addition to the Clubroom facilities we have an 8-rink bowling green which is available for play during the summer playing months only. 

The bowling experience always proves extremely popular with both families and those company get-togethers and all the equipment you need for a game will be provided - except heel-less shoes so as not to damage the green, but barefoot bowling is totally acceptable. Know nothing about bowls? Don't worry, someone from the Club can be there to set things up for play and make sure you are on the right track, or the right 'rink' if we are going to be correct. 

Recipe for a great time = lovely company, good food and drink, music, Mapua's glorious sunshine and a fun game, whether you've never played before or are a seasoned pro.  

Our current rate for hire of the indoor Club facilities is $35 per hour but daily rates can be negotiable. Use of the green and bowling equipment is charged at $5 per player.  In addition, for private functions there is a refundable bond of $100 to cover cleanliness, tidiness and any breakages.
