We understand the importance of “Parents as First Officials”
for the health of the
Napier Athletics Club,
and for the
athletic development
of our members.
The Officials Development Pathway has levels beginning at C Grade, progressing to B Grade, and finishing at A Grade. It is classified in the following groups:
o Group 1: Jumps
o Group 2: Throws
o Group 3: Track
o Group 4: Walks
o Group 5: Outside Events
o Group 6: Administration
o Group 7: Course Measurement
o Group 8: Athletes with a disability (AWD)
