NNH Year 7 & 8 Player Development Programme (PDP) - 2024

The Player Development Programme (PDP) is an in season development programme for Year 7 & 8 netballers. It focuses on both the technical and tactical elements of netball, athlete development and fundamental movement skills. N.B. This is not a representative team, the players work in their respective age group squads to develop their netball skills. Up to 30 players per age group will be selected from trials to participate in the Player Development Programme (PDP)

N.B. To be eligible to trial players MUST BE playing netball in the winter competition at Netball North Harbour.

Trial information

PDP Trials for Year 7 & 8 players will be held SUNDAY 19TH MAY in the indoor Onewa arena at the Barfoot & Thompson Netball Centre, 44 Northcote Road, Northcote

• Year 8 Trials - 8.30am - 11.30am (registrations from 8.00am) - registration fee $20.00
• Year 7 Trials - 12.30pm - 3.30pm (registrations from 12noon) - registration fee $20.00
• Callback trials for both Yr 7 & 8 trialists will be held Friday 24th May 4.00pm-6.30pm at NNH in the arena.

Programme Information

N.B. If selected to be part of PDP you must be able to commit to the entire programme, please do not trial if you are unable to commit to ALL trainings and the tournament on the following dates.

The cost for players selected for the PDP progamme is $200.00, this needs to be paid by Wednesday 5th June 2024
