• Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person.
• Ensure every players experience with you is positive
• Treat each player like an individual
• Respect each players potential
• Be fair, considerate and honest with players.
• ​​Be professional in and accept punctuality and responsibility for your actions.   Language, manner, preparation and presentation should reflect high standards.  Display control, respect, dignity and professionalism to all involved with the sport.  This includes opponents, coaches, officials, administrators, parents and spectators.  Encourage your players to demonstrate the same qualities.
• See continual opportunities to build on your coaching knowledge, taking advantage of the coaching classes provided by PNC
• Ensure all club equipment is well maintained, and report all loss damage to the committee.
• Be a positive role model for netball and players
• Be motivating and encouraging to players including the opposition
• Encourage fair play
• Be available to parents where possible if the team manager is unable to support
