End of Season Prizegiving

End of season prizegivings are normally held before the end of season, Senior Prizegiving is held on a Saturday night and the Junior Prizegiving is held on a Sunday (usually a week later) . 

The juniors are run in three groups Tball, Little League and then Junior League.

• T-Ball and Little League teams have a Most Improved Trophy only. All players in these teams get ribbons & certificates. 
• U15s & U18s teams have Most Improved, Most Valuable & Most Outstanding Trophies. 

Premium Awards

In addition to individual player awards we also award the following premium awards: 

* Clubperson of the Year

We award a Junior Clubperson (U18) and a Senior Clubperson. 

• This award is given to someone the Committee considers shows fantatstic Club spirit & dedication. Supportive and hardworking , helping the Committee and others, and working for the betterment of SK Softball.  
• This award can be given to any person the Committee considers meet the criteria- they do not have to be a player.
• Nominees for this award are decided by the Committee. 

* Sportsperson of the Year

We award a Junior Sportsperson (13s-U18s) and a Senior Sportsperson. 

• This award is not about the best player. When deciding this trophy the Commitee is looking for someone who has team spirit, a good attitude on and off the diamond , supports team mates, turns up to trainings,  is respectful to coaches, is  a good role model to others etc.
• Each coach nominates a player from their team and forwards their letter to the Committee for their consideration and decision on who the recipient will be.
