MERIT AWARD

The Merit Award is one of the Clubs most prestigious awards and is presented annually at the AGM.

Any club member may nominate another member for this award by submitting a written nomination, which should include reasons for the nomination.

The award pays tribute to a member who may not necessarily play a sport but has made a major contribution to the club through devoting time, hard work, thought and care into helping other members and/or committees.  They possess “club spirit” and work above and beyond the call of duty accomplishing tasks that no one else will do and are constantly looking for ways to improve the club for the members.

Nominations for the award must be handed to the club administrator by 5pm Wednesday 24thNovember 2021.

The 2021 recipient will be announced at the AGM.
