Lake Taupo District Sports Advisory Council (SAC) is an organisation whose function is the development and fostering of sport in the Taupo District.

Following various sports forums held in the community the need and desire for a sporting administration hub in Taupo was established and in September 2010 TAUPO SPORT SERVICES was officially launched.
