Te Awamutu Athletic Club Terms and Conditions

​​​​​​​When registering you child you accept the following:

Parent Help – Has been requested on a rostered basis every three weeks. You accept the need for this and agree to help on your rostered nights, or to arrange for someone to cover for you. Should there be insufficient helpers for any age group on Club Nights then those children will not be able to participate.

Supervision – You will not leave a child aged under 14 years in the care of the Club and accept that the Club has no responsibility for the safety of your child whilst at athletics.

Ribbon Days/Waikato Champs/Relay Champs – You accept that if your child is participating at these events then you will be required to help to run events that the Te Awamutu Club has been asked to administer.

Club Uniform – Is required to be worn correctly at all athletic events. This gives children a sense of belonging and also helps to recognise who is registered and who is not. Athletes will not be allowed to compete at Ribbon Days and Championship events if not in correct uniform, and so we require the same standards at Club Nights.
