Friday Night Interclubs

The competitive Friday night inter-clubs will run from 5.30-7.30 and take place in Timaru at the all weather track.  

Points will be taken in all grades across these Friday nights and there are medals and trophies for each age group at the end of the season.

One of the meets will be ribbon/quadrathon meets where the athletes in grades 7-9 compete for ribbons across four events.  Grades 10 and over compete in a quadrathon series and compete for points with medals for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each grade.

 A Mid-South Canterbury Representative team will be chosen from athletes attending these events to compete against the Canterbury B Team in Timaru at the end of March.   Information will be on our Facebook page in the lead up to each event. 

Athletes must be registered financial members and compete in club uniform with their age patch to be eligible for points.  Two alternating programmes will be run.
