ABOUT METRO SOFTBALL                                                                

The Metro Softball Club is an established, family friendly softball club that encourages inclusiveness and advancement in sport. Our doors are open to players and supporters of all ages and abilities, with grades from social through to competitive in Tee-Ball, FastPitch and Slow Pitch softball. 

Since being founded in 1957, Metro has enjoyed a winning history -  winning three National club titles, 30 Auckland club competition finals and having produced 18 New Zealand representative players.
Metro Softball Club is committed to continuing this history through its strong junior/youth development programme, and player pathway, while maintaining it's current senior membership in both ASA and NFC grades.

The Metro Mt Albert Softball committee is voted in annually and oversee the club's summer sport operation. The elected Metro Softball Club committee members for the 2023-2024 season are:
