Tui Park Bowling Club is an ideal out of way venue for people and organisations to hire.

The clubrooms are spacious and are situated on the Te Aroha Stream overlooked by Mount Te Aroha and the Kaimai Range.

A secluded place well away from residential areas with ample parking.

There are two well groomed grass greens available to the public but have strict conditions of play re foot ware and care of the greens.

The club has a bar which has restrictions as to who and when it can be used by outside organisations.

      WHAT TUI PARK HAS TO OFFER

• Clean, spacious and well furnished clubrooms.

• A clean and well equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment to prepare meals for up to 120 people.

• A gas BBQ and cooking  utensils.

• Clean hygienic toilets.

• Tables and chairs that will comfortably seat 120 people. All furniture can be arranged to any configuration.

• A well- stocked licensed bar (See conditions of hire.)

• An inter-com system for internal and external use.

• Sets of modern coloured bowls and two well maintained  grass greens

• Ample parking in a secure locality.

• Private and exclusive to hire groups.

• Greens :Only flat soled shoes or bare feet when bowling on the greens. A strict condition of use.

Hire of All Facilities      $100               No Bond

Hire of Green $100 

Extra cost for personnel to run bowls event and hire of bowls.

Special Licence

The Bar License must be obtained from Council and the application must be lodged within 20 working days  prior to the event.  See details over page re applying for a Special Licence

THROUGH NEGOTIATION.

Tui Park Can Provide:

• Hire out sets of black and modern coloured bowls and help organize a bowls event for up to 64 bowlers.

• Provide club members who will introduce the game and administer a fun bowls event.

• Provide a meal/food or BBQ.

Prices are by negotiation.

DETAILS TO USE WHEN APPLYING FOR A BAR LICENSE

After consultation with the Bar Manager submit to Council the following details.  Note there must be no less than 20 working days in advance.

Any Special License will be prepared by the Bar Manager in conjunction with the applicant and submitted to Council by the Bar Manager.
