All prospective RPC rowers at U21, Elite and Liteweight are selected in September each year and contracted for 12 months.  

Athletes wishing to be considered and /or receive training guidance before testing can contact the Central RPC for help in this regard.  A good training program will need to be undertaken for athletes to be able to meet the required entry criteria.
