The Central RPC is a professional body which delivers. It is a registered trust with charitable status and a constitution that defines the objectives, authority and management of the Trust.

Day to day responsibility is with the Trust’s Board of Directors who represent the whole region. Management under the Board comprises the Central RPC regional managers, coaching team, administration team and selection team.

While the Board dictates the strategic direction of the Central RPC, athlete management is the responsibility of the management, coaching and administration teams. This includes management of accommodation and educational/vocational requirements.
