MUMs IN SOFTBALL 
Mums in Softball is a Softball NZ initiative offering free coaching courses (T Ball or Induction unit) to our mums which are already down on the side of the diamond cheering their family/whanau on.
We figure if you are already down at the diamond, why not take that tiny next step and become confident with your softball knowledge and help coach a team.

There are loads of reasons why mums make grassroots coaches but we thought it would be great to list a quick 7 reasons

Softball NZ T Ball Unit 
Course description
The Coach T-Ball unit is the first step on the Softball NZ Coach Pathway
This 1 hour practical module is ideal for someone with little or no experience of coaching who wants to learn how to teach T Ball to children.
The unit provides info on basic coaching guidleines and skills and drills especially for T Ball.
Participants recieve a course booklet,certificate of recognition.

Softball NZ Induction Unit
Course description
The Induction unit is a two hour practical course for beginning coaches providing information on fundamental softball skills, basic coaching principles and some training ideas
Participants recieve a course booklet,certificate of recognition.
