Wesley was founded in 1933 making it one of the oldest clubs in Auckland. Wesley has a strong junior programme with emphasis on participation and fun. The junior programme is a mixture of individual team events with each one different and offering fresh challenges.

Among the senior ranks the Wesley senior men have consistently placed in the top ten (3rd in 2012 & 2013) at the NZ Road Relay Championships while the Junior men are consistently one of the top teams in the county, winning the national title in 2005 and third in 2010 and 2011.

In spite of such success Wesley remains a friendly family orientated club aimed at "Fun, Friends & Fitness" with a great mixture of swimmers/triathletes, tracksters, road runners, joggers and walkers.

The club events are geared towards family participation and aimed at supplementing external races with fun events like our Three Peaks Run & Breakfast, mile races through Cornwall Park and the Riddell Relay. Numerous training runs are held each week for club members and friends to come along to - hope to see you this season.
