Below are two forms for submitting feedback about the match official(s) involved in your game. Please select based on your grade - Premier Referee Feedback is for Premier Men or Super 8 1st XV fixtures.

Match Officials

There are multiple avenues for providing feedback, rasing concerns, and seeking support. The first contact point for concerns is your Panel Manager. If you would prefer not to raise the issue with them, you can contact the Referee Manager, RMG Chairman, or for confidential support, our BOPRU Referees Sports Chaplain (see section below).
