6:00pm to 7:30pm  Tuesday Night

6:00pm to  7:30pm  Wednesday Night

6:00pm to  8:00pm  Friday Night

2:00pm to 4:00pm  Saturday Afternoon

All (beginner to black belt) are welcome at all sessions.
