CLUB UNIFORM

The club uniform is a Fairfield Athletics singlet and shorts. We have a few different options for the shorts, see below.

Club uniform is compulsory for all 7 to 14 year athletes competing at regional events such as Ribbon Days and Colgate Games but is optional for club nights. When competing at regional events, the athletes age flash must be sewn to the top right of the singlet.

Once athletes become members of Fairfield Athletics, uniforms can be ordered from our website (link below). This has shifted to online platform to reduce the amount club resource needed to sell uniforms on club nights. Size guides are below and once an order has been placed, collection can be made on the next club night.

The singlet has the 2 red Fairfield stripes and club logo.

Fairfield shorts are white and have 2 red stripes on each leg.

Limited sizes are available. Due to reduced demand and higher manufacturing costs we will not be ordering any more.

As an alternative, plain WHITE or BLACK shorts (including Nike Pro's) may also be worn however these must be above the knee and must not have any other stripes or emblems (excluding a basic manufacturers logo).

OTHER

'Skins' Shirts - for warmth or sun protection, children are permitted to wear WHITE, long sleeve 'Skins' style tops UNDER their club singlets if they wish.

'Skins' Pants - WHITE or BLACK 'Skins' style shorts are also permitted, however they must not extend below the knee.

Supporters/club t-shirts

A limited range of kids club supporter t-shirts are also available for $30. These are great for club nights but are not officially a Fairfield Athletics uniform. We only have a few left so these will be made available to but on club nights. 

Age Group Flash

An age grade flash will be issued to the athlete/parents at the first club night. Age flashes can be pinned on to the top of the singlet for club nights (sewn on for competition). Age flashes identify athletes as being financial members of the club and should be worn on each club night. This will also help determine where athletes need to be each night.

Second-hand Uniforms and shoes

Some second-hand uniforms and spiked shoes (for athletes 10yrs+) will also be available for purchase from time to time. Please ask at the clubrooms on a club night or the club Facebook group: facebook.com/groups/FairfieldAthletics
