Registrations for next season opens September 2026!


​​​​​​​2025 - 2026 Full Season Fees:​​​​​​​

Mini Club 3 - 6 years $65.00

Juniors 7 - 9 years $105.00

Seniors 10 - 14 years $105.00


  • A child’s age grade for the season is their age at 31st December 2025.
  • Children remain with the same age group all season, October 2025 through to March 2026.
  • Families with 3 or more children will receive a 20% discount. Please register on GameDay as normal, paying the full fees and a refund will be issued to you from the club Treasurer by November.
  • There are no 'free trial sessions' this year - all children must be pre-registered to attend club nights.
  • Note that Athletics Waikato/BOP and Athletics NZ do not offer registration refunds for change of mind.

What your full season fees cover:

  • Athlete affiliation fees with Athletics New Zealand ($11-$37 per child)
  • Athlete affiliation fees with Athletics Waikato/BOP ($7-$20 per child),
  • Porritt Stadium track user charges,
  • Equipment costs (maintenance and replacement),
  • Prize-giving, trophies, medals, certificates and ribbons,
  • Reimbursement of Officials who contribute to our Ribbon Day, and
  • Other day to day costs of running the club including insurance, printing and stationary costs.

Registration Information

Athletics New Zealand operate a registration system called GameDay. You will need to signup to a GameDay account to then register your child.

Please try and complete your registration in under 15 minutes. GameDay has a timeout within the platform and we've had some members get through to the payment page only to be told they can't proceed and the system locks them down. For those members, please be assured that your children are guarenteed a spot and we'll contact you individually to get the problem corrected.

Notes:

  • The GameDay registration link will be live on the Join Now page and linked on our Facebook page once registrations open.
  • Sign in to GameDay or sign up for a new account using YOUR name and email address (not your children's).
  • Once set up and logged in, you’ll be able to register your child. Their information will still be there from previous seasons or click on the “Add New Participant” button.
  • Make sure to select the correct Member Type for your child's age.
  • After registering your first child and getting to the summary page, either click on the “Register Another Person” button to add another child or select a payment method and then proceed to payment.
