​​​​​​​2023/2024 Full Season Fees:
Mini Club (3-6 years) $50
Juniors (7-14 years) $85

  • A child’s age grade is their age at 31st December 2023.
  • Families with 3 or more children will receive a 20% rebate. Please register here as normal, paying the full fees and a rebate cheque will be issued to you from the club Treasurer.
  • There are no 'free trial sessions' this year - all children MUST be pre-registered to attend.
  • Note that Athletics NZ do not offer refunds for change of mind.

What your full season fees cover:

  • Athlete affiliation fees with Athletics New Zealand and Athletics Waikato/Bay of Plenty (~$15-$50/child),
  • Porritt Stadium track user charges,
  • Equipment costs (maintenace and replacement),
  • Prize-giving, trophies, certificates, and ribbons,
  • Officials training subsidies, and
  • Other day to day costs of running the club including insurance, printing and stationary costs

Problems Registering?

Athletics New Zealand have a new registration system that still has a number of issues. Please bare with us while any problems are sorted out. All relevant guides or notes will be placed here as required.

Please try and complete your registration in under 15 minutes. The new system has a timeout and we've had some members get through to the payment page only to be told they can't proceed and the system locks them down. For those members, please be assured that your children are guarenteed a spot and we'll contact you individually to get the problem corrected.

We've recently been informed that the payment gateway sometimes takes out a AU$1 amount from a members bank account as a way of verifying the payment method used to pay for registrations. Without context, this can cause registrants to query the charge and think that they are being scammed when they are not- this is a normal process between payment gateways and banks and the AU$1 fee will be returned back into the members account within the next 1-2 business days. This will only be a once off occurance as it is usually done only when using a specific payment method for the very first time.

Notes:

  • Sign in or sign up for a new account using YOUR name and email address (not your children's).
  • Once set up and logged in, you’ll be able to register your child by clicking on the “Add New Participant” button.
  • Make sure to select the correct Member Type for your child's age.
  • After registering your first child and getting to the summary page, either click on the “Register Another Person” button to add another child or select a payment method and then proceed to payment.
