Players are responsible for supplying their own Nike black shorts and Nike black socks to maintain a cohesive look on the pitch.

Why Purchase Your Own Socks and Shorts?To ensure that all players have the best experience, we ask that each participant purchases their own socks and shorts. Here’s why:

Comfort and Fit: Everyone has different preferences for how they like their gear to fit. By choosing their own socks and shorts, players can ensure they’re comfortable and can perform at their best.

Personalization: Having their own gear allows players to express their individual style and feel more connected to their team.

Hygiene: Wearing personal gear is more hygienic and helps prevent the spread of germs.

Team Unity: While players will have their own gear, wearing similar colours fosters a sense of team spirit and unity.

Cost to the Club: Providing uniforms for all players can be a significant expense for the club. By asking families to purchase their own socks and shorts, we can allocate resources more effectively to support our programs and facilities.

Longevity: Owning their own gear means players can use their socks and shorts for multiple seasons, making it a smart investment for the future.

In special cases, players in the Senior Women’s Division 1 and the Fletcher Cup Men’s team may be required to purchase yellow socks as part of their kit. Additionally, proper footwear is essential, and players are encouraged to wear suitable boots for the playing conditions. Please be aware that NO METAL STUDS ( TIPS AS WELL ) are permitted on the Logan Park Turf, we recommend that you purchase Plastic Studs or plastic-cleated boots.  SHIN PADS ARE COMPULSORY FOR ALL AGES
