Braes Over 45s

We are a fine bunch of gentlemen from all walks of life 

We all believe we are the best footballers in the world, although we are a bit old, fat, slow, and not very skilful 

Apart from that we give it all we have every game and have a lot of laughs doing so 

We presently range in age from 45 to 64 and enjoy the social aspect of keeping our footballing dreams alive, week after week after

A few of us have been with GBs for over 20 years with our newest joining last year after not playing since his school days.He is absolutely loving being part of the team and getting out every weekend for a bit of fitness

Although we have a lot of laughs along the way, we still try our best when the whistle blows and have seen a few massive wins over teams who didn’t take us seriously 

A lot of fun and I would recommend it to anyone who thinks they’re getting too old 

We get the same feeling we did as kids when we put the jersey on, that never changes
