Tony and Grant are keen to hear from those who would like to display their car, with others, for one day, or more, on our MG Club site.

2. Would you like to receive your club MaG by email?

Some members have indicated this would be their preference, and we hope to be able to provide this on-line option in the not-too-distant future. VCC Grounds - McLeans Island

The Club sets up its MG gazebo and displays our cars alongside other makes. Tony and Grant are keen to hear from those who would like to display their car, with others, for one day, or more, on our MG Club site.

Great company and plenty of time to explore the hundreds of sites full of cars, car parts and other garage sale 'treasures'.

4. MANIOTOTO MEANDER

Labour Weekend – 25*, 26, 27 & home 28 (or 29th**) Oct.

SORRY - this trip is now fully booked - 57 attending!

Sandra has a wait list - in case of cancellations.

FRIDAY 25th

10.15am Dunsandel Café for morning tea. Depart 11am.

Friday night - Oamaru. Book own accommodation. Group meal in evening.

* Could drive to Oamaru early Sat. 26th; meet before all depart on day's run.

SATURDAY 26th & SUNDAY 27th

Booked MG accom. in Ranfurly - Hawkdun Lodge & Ranfurly Hotel now fully booked.

SATURDAY 26th - historic pub lunch, curling & evening meal - all booked.

SUNDAY 27th - historic pub for morning coffee (scones optional). Vulcan Hotel, Hayes Engineering. Evening pub meal booked.

MONDAY 28th - drive homeward - choice of Dansey’s Pass or a S.Hwy.

** For those also driving the Hakataramea Pass, it is suggested
you overnight the 28th in Fairlie. (Geraldine if you prefer). Make your own motel booking; group meal arranged nearer the time. Will be travelling these roads as a group.

Welcome!

The MG Car Club Canterbury Centre has its roots in the original 'MG Car Club of New Zealand', formed in 1952 when many of the country's motorsport enthusiasts drove our favourite marque in the shape of TCs, TAs, Ps and Js.

From those early beginnings the NZ Club has devolved into four major Centres, two in the North Island and two in the South. Each of these Centres is autonomous, organising competitive and social events for members within its regions. Like the 'Crusaders' our region includes Nelson, Marlborough and the West Coast as well as Canterbury. There are also a range of inter-Centre and national activities you are able to enjoy. And of course, if you are visiting another region you will be most welcome to participate in any of their events, competitive or social.

Like most MG Clubs around the world we are affiliated to the MGCC UK ensuring access to badging, logos and so on. We also maintain regular contact with a number of Centres in NZ, Australia, the US and the UK to help ensure we offer the best possible benefits and MG enjoyment for all of our members.
