INTERMEDIATE SCHOOLS BEACH
AT HARBOUR VOLLEYBALL

If you’re at intermediate school (Yrs 7-8) we offer a Wednesday intermediate beach league. This is a fun opportunity to play games with friends while also learning some basic fundamentals. It is a 4x4 league that runs in Term 1 and 4.

Teams will be divided into pools each week in a play-up/play-down format. If you win your pool, you move up. If you lose your pool, you move down. If you finish in the middle of your pool, you stay in that pool.

  • Intermediate School Beach Dates:  2026 Term 4 21st October - 9th December,  2027 Term 1 10th February - 31st March

  • Times: Social 4.15-5.15pm/Competitive 5.30pm-6.30pm

  • Format: Social: Individual entry, play-up/play-down format. Competitive: Team entry (4-5 per team) round robin then playoffs.

  • Divisions: Social you can enter as a team or as an individual. Competitive enter as a team.

  • Entries: Enter via our Sporty link. You will be asked for contacts for each player. Registration will open 6 weeks before. 

  • Cost: Social: $80 per player/Competitive $320 per team ​​​​​​​

For Social: Register as a team or individual.

For Competitive: Register as a team of 4-5 and you will stay in that team for the duration of the league. You can enter a team yourself or through your school via the registration link. Email our GDM Rob Tarr if you need assistance registering at gdm@harbourvolleyball.co.nz ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
