If you are Yr 11-13 and want to play indoor volleyball for your secondary school, talk to either your school’s sports department or the Teacher In Charge of Volleyball for your school. All information, costs and uniforms are provided by each school.

Senior Secondary School League: (Yrs 11-13) – this is run by us on behalf of College Sport Auckland.

The rules and regulations are based on NZSS Champs and Volleyball New Zealand.

  • Senior Secondary School League Dates: 2026 3rd February - 3rd March.  End date is TBD depending on Auckland Champs date.

  • Times: 4pm-7pm

  • Venue: Home and Aways plus AUT Akoranga as a central venue

  • Format: Play up / Play down in weekly pools of 3

  • Divisions: Currently 1 division

  • Entries: Enter through your school

The College Sport Auckland Volleyball Premier League is the region's elite secondary school league competition, featuring the top nine boys' and girls' teams. It serves as the primary pathway and seeding format for both the Auckland Senior Championships at Pulman Arena and the NZSS National Tournament.

The National Secondary School Championship and Satellite Championship are held in March each year.

  • National Secondary School Championship Dates:  2027 15th-19th March

  • Venue: New Plymouth

  • North Island Satellite Championship Dates: 2027 15th-19th March

  • Venue: Auckland
