​​​​​​​Orakei Junior Volleyball is not for profit, but we need to cover our costs and reinvest into introducing more children into our programs. We are transparent about the fees we charge and how they are broken down.

Our fee per session is a modest $10 per child.

Every $1 we receive in fees is allocated as follows:

• 50-60% to cover the fixed costs of running each program. This mostly includes the cost for the gym and for our younger student coaches, who we pay a modest amount for their valuable contributions
• 20-25% is reinvested in providing free introduction to volleyball sessions for primary and intermediate schools in the Orakei schools catchment area. This is important to keep generating new interest in the program and ensure our programs are sustainable
• 20-25% goes towards equipment like balls and nets, prizes, certificates and any administration costs.

All revenue is invested directly into running and growing our programs.
