Otago Amateur Weightlifting Association run Southern Powerlifting events in Otago and Southland as well as Otago Weightlifting events in Dunedin.

Fryatt St is home to Otago Weightlifting, this facility provides Weightlifters a space to train to compete, as well as coaching and a team environment.
