WEIGHTLIFTING – OTAGO WEIGHTLIFTING CLUBROOMS

Otago Weightlifting is the main Weightlifting training hub for the region, based at our clubrooms at Fryatt Street. If you’re new, returning, or looking to compete, this is the best place to start for technique coaching and a pathway into local competitions.

POWERLIFTING – STRENGTH METRICS GYM

Strength Metrics Gym is the primary powerlifting training base for Southern Powerlifting in Dunedin. It’s a performance focused environment with competition grade powerlifting equipment and a like minded training community.
