Provincial Powerlifting
To set records you must be a member of OAWLA and NZPF for a minimum of 6 months.
Classic Powerlifting
No squat suits, bench shirts, deadlift suits, or knee wraps. Wrist wraps, knee sleeves, and a belt are permitted.
Equipped Powerlifting
Lifters may use squat suits, deadlift suits, bench shirts, and knee wraps in addition to standard supportive equipment.
