Strength & Conditioning Sessions

PNC will be running Strength & Conditioning Sessions for 6 weeks leading up to the beginning of the season and rep trials.

The 6 weeks will align with NetballSmart and focus on aerobic and anaerobic fitness, strength endurance and injury prevention. The sessions will include pre-testing and post-testing on the first and last weeks, and will have the opportunity to do testing throughout the season - dates tbc.

The sessions will be run by our NDM Serena who is a Strength and Conditioning Coach. She will make some resources and give advise and challenges for a 6-week programme to do alongside the sessions for those wanting to be as fit and ready as possible!
