The Mike Tobin Memorial Cup is awarded to a coach of a senior team who: Has attended courses appropriate to their coaching skills and level when they were offered.  Has contributed to other coaching sessions, or assisted other RNC coaches.  Has shown personal improvement in their coaching level. Has displayed outstanding skills in many of the following: developing players, improving players, achieving placing at SNC finals, is able to bring out the best in the team, has the respect of players and their parents, is well-informed, is reliable, is organized.

The Primary Coach of the Year Cup is awarded to a coach of a primary team who: Has attended courses appropriate to their coaching skills and level when they were offered.  Is motivated to go further. Has shown improvement in their coaching level. Has a good relationship with their team, is reliable, has been able to bring out the best in the team, encourages their players, is reliable, and is organized.

The RNC Cup and Kempton-Bailey-Walsh Cup is awarded to a senior or primary manager of a RNC team who:  Has supported the team coach. Has committed to attending most (all) practices and/or games. Has helped the coach coordinate players and ensure that the players welfare and well being is being maintained. Has displayed outstanding skills in many of the following: supporting players welfare, helped issue/collect uniform/gear/subs/fundraising money etc.  Made themselves available as a point of contact for their team, managed the team web page, had the respect of players and their parents, was well-informed, reliable, and organised.
