South Otago Indoor Bowls Opening Triples Event Saturday 13 April

Thanks to everyone who entered and participated in yesterdays Centre Opening Tournament at Te Pou O Mata-Au. We had 34 Triples teams from Ashburton, Central Otago, Otago, Southland, and locally (also, Marilyn Wilson from the West Coast).

The floor and venue performed really well, winning the endorsement of all who were watching, and on the mats.

A big thanks to the volunteers who helped transport gear and set up the venue, and to Alanna Moffitt, Shona Preddy, and Colleen Fenton for running of the competition on the day.

I'd also like to acknowledge our very generous sponsors, who played a massive part in getting this event off the ground -
