PLAYER CODE OF CONDUCT
- Play to win but also play to enjoy
- Play hard but play fair
- Play by the rules of the game
- Be committed to your team. Attend all practices and matches
- Never argue with the referee. Control your temper at all times
- Work equally hard for yourself and your team
- Be a good sport. Applaud all good play whether by your team or the opposition
- Respect the Coach – they are doing their best & volunteer their time to help you
- The goals of the game are to have fun, improve your skills and feel good
COACH CODE OF CONDUCT
- Positively reinforce the actions of all players regardless of ability
- Lead by example
- Be honest with yourself and the team players – deliver information in a positive manner
- Create an enjoyable environment in which to play the game
- Come to trainings organised and with a plan in mind – this helps keep everyone engaged
- Develop team respect for referees
- Give all players the opportunity to participate in the game
- Insist on fair play and discipline
- Be reasonable on the demand on players' time, energy, enthusiasm
- Encourage sportsmanship
SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT
- Applaud the performance of both teams
- Be positive with and acknowledge the efforts of the referee – it is not an easy job
- Let players play their game, not your game – remember their age
- Praise efforts, not results
- Set an example for the players – you are the adult role model
- Respect the Coach – they are doing their best & volunteer their time for your child
