There are 4 regular Mid-South Canterbury Inter-club events for Grade 7 and above.  You must be a registered athlete for at least three days before the event to compete.

The competing clubs are Ashburton, Geraldine, Temuka, South Canterbury, Waimate and Run Timaru.
